Did you know that in 2012, Haiti amended its constitution to officially allow dual citizenship to Haitians and members of the diaspora? Obtaining Haitian dual citizenship can be a confusing and overwhelming process for many people. My role is to simplify the process, educate clients, organize documents, assist with translation communication, and guide my clients from start to finish. My goal is to help Haitian families reconnect with their identity, heritage, rights, and opportunities.

Does Haiti allow Dual Citizenship? Yes. Since 2012, Haiti permits dual nationality. You can now be a Haitian citizen even if you hold another passport.
I used to be a Haitian citizen but became naturalized elsewhere. Can I regain my citizenship? Yes. You can reclaim your Haitian nationality through a process called repatriation. This requires proof of Haitian origin and a declaration to Haitian authorities.
Can I become a Haitian citizen through my parents? Yes. If either parent is Haitian, you are eligible for citizenship by descent, even if born abroad.
